Cancellation Policy:
Within 24 hours after
receipt of order - provided
the product has not shipped.
Return Policy for Standard
Products:
Returns must be requested in
writing within 30 days of
shipment.
New product returns are
subject to a 15% restocking
charge plus the customer is
responsible for shipping
charges. Item must not be
used and must be in original
unopened packaging. All
returns are subject to
inspection.
Used products may be
returned within 30 days of
shipment and are subject to
a 35% restocking charge plus
the customer is responsible
for shipping charges and any
replacement of packaging.
Spare parts (i.e. florescent
bulbs) may not be returned.
Return Policy for Custom
Products and Services:
Returns must be requested in
writing within 30 days of
shipment. Custom items will
be repaired or replaced at
TBR’S sole discretion.
